Start by simply uploading your PDF into the fillable PDF creator. Next, select the “Replace Text” feature in the top toolbar. Now all of your text fields are magically converted into fillable form fields (you’ll see a red dotted box around each editable form field)!

For starters, if you haven’t already signed the form you’ve created, begin by adding your own John Hancock with the ‘Signature’ feature in the top toolbar. This option allows you to use your mouse to sign, to type out your signature with a keyboard, or to upload a custom signature. Once you’ve signed on the dotted line, click the place in the PDF you want to embed the signature. You can even create your own “Signature” form field using the “Add Text” option if none otherwise exists.
Finally, when you’re ready to get the document fully executed and make it 100% official, select the “Send” button in the right corner of the dashboard and click on “For Signature”. You’ll be able to embed a signature box and the date anywhere in your new fillable PDF document, and then you can deliver it straight to the right inbox by entering the recipient’s email address.
Yes! And yes! You can create a fillable PDF from any Microsoft Word document or Google Doc. To start the process, add your file to MyPerfectPDF and follow the same steps outlined in Question 1. Then, click “Convert” in the top right corner of the dashboard and choose “PDF” from the eight available file formats. Choose “Download”, and voila!
